Connection for Oracle: Have your computer support person / access administrator get an account from OLFS adhoc reporting site http://www.ucsf.edu/olfs/adhoc.html , and install the 'Oracle SQL*Net'. I've tested and used the 'Oracle SQL*Net for PowerMac' and it works great. After installing 'Oracle SQL*Net for PowerMac' test your connection and password with the program 'SQL*Plus' it should reside in the following folders 'OraPowerMac' -> 'Applications' -> 'SQL*Plus'

Connection for Ledgerlink: Have your computer support person get an account from the Ledgerlink site http://itssrv1.ucsf.edu/its/links/ , download, install and test your connection.

Try downloading your DPE information for all your accounts & funds from ledgerlink into one file. You will use this for your 'Salary By Month' (Bylab) report. Have your computer support personnel help you.
